STEAM BOILER (OIL AND GAS)

VaporMax steam generation for high-availability process plants.

Designed and manufactured by Steammaster, VaporMax combines robust furnace geometry, precise combustion control, and boilerhouse integration to deliver stable steam under demanding duty profiles.

Oil and Gas Low-NOx Ready

Why engineering teams specify VaporMax

VaporMax was developed for teams that need repeatable steam quality, fast response under load variation, and practical maintenance access without compromising engineering robustness.

  • Steam generation range from 650 to 24,000 kg/h with project-specific pressure configuration.
  • Integrated economizer architecture for better thermal use and reduced fuel demand.
  • Designed for natural gas, diesel, biogas, and multi-fuel burner configurations.
  • SteamLogix-OG integration options for diagnostics, combustion automation and remote support.

INTEGRATED ECONOMIZER

Boiler, burner and economizer treated as one thermal package.

The VaporMax concept considers heat recovery from the start. On larger models, the economizer can be removable for transport, while the boiler package remains engineered for maximum useful thermal recovery and lower fuel demand.

REAR ACCESS

No confined-space entry in 99% of service cases.

The rear door gives broad access to the tubes for inspection and maintenance. In 99% of routine service cases, the work no longer requires confined-space entry, reducing risk, downtime and service complexity.

FURNACE AND STEAM SPACE

Larger furnace diameter and larger steam chamber for stable heat transfer.

The VaporMax arrangement increases the radiation zone and steam space compared with older fire-tube concepts. This supports stronger heat transfer, lower pressure drop, more uniform flame temperature and better day-to-day operating stability.

DIGITAL COMBUSTION MANAGEMENT

VaporMax with SteamLogix-OG becomes one integrated boiler package.

The digital control layer is a major part of the VaporMax value: burner management, electronic fuel-air ratio, O2 trim, DVS fan control, HMI, communication protocols and Plant Master logic can be aligned with the project from the beginning.

WHERE VAPORMAX FITS

More than nominal capacity.

VaporMax is usually evaluated when the buyer needs stable steam quality, robust burner-side access, control readiness, and a package that can move from preliminary study to project discussion with fewer unknowns.

MCR = Maximum Continuous Rating. Green range (75% to 95%) indicates the optimum selection point for efficiency; far below this range, fixed losses weigh more on operation; far above it, stack losses and combustion effort tend to increase. Operating near this point provides a better balance among efficiency, steam generation, and process stability.
